International Seminar on the topic “Constitutional Guarantees for Marginalized and its Implementation in South Asia ”

One day seminar on the topic “Constitutional Guarantees for Marginalized and its Implementation in South Asia ” was held on 11, December 2018 (Tuesday) at Central Block Auditorium, University of the Management and Technology, Lahore (1:00 pm to 03:00 pm) and was attended by sizeable guests. Tanzeela Qambrani honorable member provincial Assembly Sindh was the Chief Guest. Director SGRHF Shaheen Hassan delivered the welcome address. The Indian guests included five scholars and activists namely Miss Manjula Pradeep, Social activist Ahmadabad. Manisha Mashaaal dalit activist from Haryana, Parmod Kumar professor of English at Indra Gandhi national Open University, New Delhi, Dr. Kaushal Panwar Professor of Sanskrit at Delhi University, Archana Vaidya social activist from pune delivered the speech in the seminar. In the end Chairperson Media & Communication Department, UMT Dr, Hanan Ahmed in his concluding remarks warmly greeted all the speakers from India and the participants. Souvenirs were distributed among the participants by the Director SGRHF and Chairperson M&C jointly. The seminar was arranged by Sir Ganga Ram heritage Foundation (SGRHF) in collaboration with Media & Communication Department, UMT, Lahore. At the end High tea was arranged for the guest speakers and faculty.
