NDA forcing Hinduism on Dalits, Muslims: CPI(ML)
Khammam: The national secretary of Communist Party of India (CPI (ML) Red Flag M S Jay Kumar alleged that the Narendra Modi-led NDA government was using its political power and forcing Hinduism on Dalits and Muslim minorities in the country.
Addressing media persons during a press meet held at Press Club in Khammam on Tuesday, Jay Kumar criticised the BJP government for encouraging the communalism in the country in the name of Gosamrakshan.
Under the veil of demonetisation, the Centre brought reforms to help the corporate companies, he criticised, adding people in the state were facing many problems despite Telangana became a reality three years ago.
Flaying Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, he said the State government was using police power and sending farmers and opposition leaders to jails for raising their voice against the government.
He urged all left parties to unite and fight against both the State and Central governments and teach them a fitting lesson in the coming elections.
Party Karnataka state secretary Baswa Lingappa, Telangana state secretary M Prabhakar, Khammam district secretary V Bhaskar and others were part of the meeting.
